The Terminal Manager leads a 24/7 LTL operation, owning service, productivity, and safety across dock, city (P&D), and linehaul teams. Reports to the Regional Director of Operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage dock, pickup-and-delivery, and linehaul operations
- Own on-time service, cargo claims, and damage reduction
- Lead, schedule, and develop dock supervisors and drivers
- Drive cost-per-shipment, dock productivity, and load-average targets
- Ensure DOT compliance, safety, and equipment readiness
- Partner with sales and customer service on local accounts

- 6+ years in LTL terminal or dock operations leadership
- Strong knowledge of linehaul and P&D planning
- Track record improving service, safety, and productivity metrics
- Hands-on, floor-present leadership style
- Familiarity with dock-management and TMS systems
