Distribution Center Operations Manager

An operations leadership role for a 3PL running a high-volume fulfillment and distribution center in the Columbus corridor. You'll own inbound/outbound throughput, labor planning, inventory accuracy, safety, and the client SLAs that keep freight moving.
What you'll be doing
- Own daily DC operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
- Plan labor and flex staffing to volume while controlling cost per unit
- Drive safety, 5S, and continuous-improvement across the floor
- Hold inventory accuracy and cycle-count discipline
- Own client SLAs, KPIs, and QBR reporting for assigned accounts
- Lead, schedule, and develop shift supervisors and associates
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in warehouse/DC operations, with 3+ in a management role
- Experience in a 3PL or multi-client fulfillment environment
- Strong command of WMS, throughput metrics, and labor management
- Track record improving safety, accuracy, and cost per unit
- Comfortable owning client relationships and SLAs
Compensation & benefits
- $95,000 - $120,000 base + bonus
