A day-shift Co-Pack Supervisor role at a high-volume 3PL distribution center in Carlisle. You'll lead the co-packing / value-added-services (VAS) area — managing a team, hitting throughput and quality targets, and keeping the floor safe and compliant.
Schedule & location
Onsite in Carlisle, PA. Day shift, with flexibility during peak.
What you'll own
- Supervise daily co-pack / value-added operations and a team of associates
- Plan labor, schedules, and lines to hit throughput, quality, and on-time targets
- Drive safety culture, OSHA compliance, and 5S on the floor
- Own quality control, rework, and customer-spec adherence
- Coach, train, and develop associates and leads
- Partner with operations, planning, and the client on volumes and changeovers
What we're looking for
- 3+ years supervising in co-pack, value-added services, warehousing, or manufacturing
- Experience leading hourly teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Comfortable with WMS and basic reporting (Excel)
- Hands-on, floor-present leadership style
