The Branch Manager leads a global forwarder's Miami gateway end-to-end — sales, operations, and people — driving profitable growth across a key Latin America and Caribbean trade hub. Reports to the Regional VP.
What you'll own
- Branch P&L across air, ocean, and customs services
- Local sales leadership and key-account development
- Operational quality, productivity, and carrier relationships
- Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing team
- Compliance with international shipping and trade regulations
- Quarterly business reviews and budgeting
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in freight forwarding with branch / P&L leadership
- Strong air and ocean operational and commercial knowledge
- Established carrier and customer relationships in the region
- Latin America / Caribbean trade-lane experience a strong asset
- Proven team-building and retention results
Compensation & benefits
