Account Manager - Freight Brokerage

An Account Manager role with a large North American freight brokerage and 3PL handling truckload, LTL, cross-border and specialized freight. You would own a portfolio of shipper accounts, keep service levels high and grow each account over time.

Permanent, full-time and remote within Canada.
What you'll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of existing shipper accounts as their main point of contact
- Grow accounts by quoting new lanes and adding services
- Resolve service issues with the operations and carrier teams
- Review account performance and spot opportunities to grow
What we're looking for
- Account management, customer service or sales experience in freight brokerage or 3PL
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, responsive and comfortable working remotely
Compensation
- $75,000 - $85,000 CAD base salary
